We wish for you to shop with confidence and to be completely satisfied with your online purchase at Returns are only accepted in case of damaged items. All sales are final. 

No returns are accepted after3 days from the date of delivery.

Color variation is possible because of picture quality. No return accepted because of color variation 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Altered according to your size

Please call or email us using details on Contact Us page for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending any return. Once approved, you will receive an email containing your RMA#, along with packaging and shipping instructions.

The buyer pays for the return shipping/postage. Return shipping must have a tracking number so that we can track the return shipment. Once returned items are shipped, either call or email us using details on Contact Us page and let us know the return shipment tracking#. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. reserves all rights to refund full or partial order amounts based on inspection of returned items. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment method used in the original purchase.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for preference returns. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.
